NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITION ON
KARL SIGOUIN’S LICENCE (H5358)

Be advised that on July 18, 2025, the Disciplinary Committee ordered the imposition of the following condition on Mr. Karl Sigouin's licence for a consecutive and uninterrupted period of 12 months, from November 20, 2025, to November 20, 2026:
a) The obligation to be supervised for all transactions during a consecutive and uninterrupted period of 12 months by a real estate broker's licence holder with at least 10 years of experience (“Supervising broker”), in accordance with the conditions described below:
1. The supervision period referred to in paragraph (a) shall begin when his licence suspension ordered under this decision has been fully served, i.e., at the end of the 90-day suspension period mentioned above;
2. The supervision period referred to in paragraph (a) shall be temporarily suspended if the defendant’s real estate broker’s licence is suspended or revoked;
