Be advised that on November 13, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Pénélope Duclos, whose establishment is located in Vaudreuil-Dorion, be suspended from November 28, 2025 to January 11, 2026, for committing the following offences:
Count 2: On or about February 22, 2021, when signing a brokerage contract, failed to objectively advise or inform her selling clients of the possible consequences of not listing the property on an information listing service.
Count 3: Between or about February 21, 2021, and February 23, 2021, while representing the sellers through a brokerage contract, she solicited buyers using her team's internal buyer list to submit a promise to purchase, en primeur and without any competition.
