Be advised that on November 7, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Sylvie Sauvé, whose establishment is located in Longueuil, be suspended from December 12, 2025, to January 10, 2026, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: In the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, concealed the following adverse factors from the promisor-buyers and their broker:
a) As of or about February 25, 2022, the publication in the Land Register of a notice of pre-registration of an originating application for a declaration of simulation to identify the holders of the right of ownership;
b) As of or about March 2, 2022, the City of Saint-Constant's intention to exercise a reserve for public purposes in order to extend water and sewer services there.
