NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
ROGER FLEURY’S LICENCE (D3910)

Be advised that on March 19, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Roger Fleury, whose establishment is located in St-Laurent, be suspended from March 26, 2026, to June 23, 2026, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: As of or about November 18, 2022, concerning an immovable located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, while he was solicited by the seller and/or the seller’s family in the course of his duties as a real estate broker, placed himself in a conflict of interest by purchasing the immovable through his company, after obtaining privileged information about the seller.
Count 2: As of or about November 18, 2022, concerning an immovable located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, failed to immediately forward the following documents to the agency for which he was acting: (a) The notice of disclosure dated November 18, 2022; (b) The promise to purchase; (c) The seller’s declarations.
