NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
JEAN-MARC JULIEN’S LICENCE (C7372)

Be advised that on January 26, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committeeordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Jean-Marc Julien, whoseestablishment was located in Trois-Rivières, be suspended for a period of 60 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again for committing the following offences:
Count 2: On or about November 6, 2022, and on or around April 25, 2023, in the course of performing a brokerage contract, failed to ensure that the seller's declarations were amended to disclose the existence of a pre- purchase inspection report that led to the cancellation of the promise to purchase, which notably revealed the presence of mould and rot in the property.
Count 3: On or about January 10, 2024, in the course of performing a brokerage contract, indicated or allowed someone to indicate in clause 7.3 of the seller's declarations that there had never been any traces of mould or rot in the property, while he knew that this declaration was false.
