NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
MR. PASCAL LEBLANC-SIMARD’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Pascal Leblanc-Simard, former real estate broker (Licence No. E0682), whose establishment was located in Laval, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offence summarized below:
2nd count i): After on or about October 30, 2009, participated in an act that allowed a certificate holder whose certificate was suspended to engage in brokerage transactions concerning the listing of an immovable in the Multiple Listing Service, thus committing an offence under section 13 of the Rules of Professional Ethics of the ACAIQ.
On February 9, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Pascal Leblanc-Simard’s real estate broker’s licence (Licence No. E0682) for a period of fifteen (15) days on the count referred to above, to be served consecutively with the suspension periods imposed in file 33-10-1315.
Given that he is no longer a licence holder, his licence will be suspended whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
