LICENCE SUSPENSION NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that Peterson Labonté, former real estate broker, licence No. E1744, whose establishment was located in Ahuntsic, has been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:
Count 1: During the month of March 2013, concerning an immovable, acted blindly or by complacency, according to the instructions of a third party, by completing a promise to purchase.
Count 2: On or about February 25, 2015, concerning an immovable, during an investigation conducted by an assistant syndic, made a false statement by claiming that he did not meet the prospective buyer.
On December 17, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Peterson Labonté's licence No. E1744 for a period of five (5) months, to be served whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
