NOTICE OF A LICENCE SUSPENSION
NOTICE is hereby given that Charles Azar, real estate broker, licence No. D2174, whose establishment is located in Gatineau, has been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:
Count 3: Between August and October 2014, failed to show moderation and objectivity by making inappropriate verbal and written comments to the owners of the neighbouring lot, while acting as a real estate broker for the sale of an immovable.
Count 4: As of April 28, 2015, as part of an investigation conducted by the assistant syndic regarding the comments made to the owners of the neighbouring lot, did not collaborate by omitting or neglecting to send him the police event report.
On March 14, 2017, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Charles Azar’s licence No. D2174 for a period of 60 days, effective April 20, 2017.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
