NOTICE OF A LICENCE SUSPENSION
NOTICE is hereby given that Thierry Lindor, real estate broker, licence No. D4950, whose establishment is located in Montréal, has notably been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:
Count 3: On or about April 16, 2011, concerning an immovable, in connection with the borrower’s financing application submitted to the financial institution:
a) did not make sure to inform the financial institution that the said borrower was acting as a nominee in this transaction;
b) allowed and/or tolerated false documents and/or inaccurate information to be sent to the financial institution in support of the said financing application.
Count 5: As of May 7, 2017, concerning an immovable, did not cooperate with the investigation conducted by the Assistant Syndic by failing or neglecting to show up at the OACIQ head office to meet the Assistant Syndic and/or to communicate with him or her.
On May 8, 2018, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Thierry Lindor’s licence No. D4950 for a total period of 150 days, effective June 12, 2018.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
