NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
Be advised that on April 7, 2021, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Ms. Irina Dondikova, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended for a period of 180 days whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:

Count 2: On or around March 7, 2015, concerning an immovable, allowed another person to sign a promise to purchase in lieu of the seller.
Count 3: On or around April 20, 2015, concerning an immovable, encouraged or allowed the parties to sign the deed of sale drafted by the notary, while she knew or should have known that this deed did not reflect reality.
Count 4: On or around April 12, 2017, during an investigation conducted by the Assistant Syndic, concerning an immovable, made false statements, notably by stating that she was not present at the notary’s office for the signing of the deed of sale.
Count 5: On or around October 1, 2019, during an investigation conducted by the Assistant Syndic, concerning an immovable, made false statements, notably by stating that she had verified the identity of the person acting as a representative of the promisor-buyer on or around March 7, 2015.
Count 6: On or around October 17, 2019, sent or allowed someone to send to the assistant syndic the identity verification form concerning the promisor-buyer, while she knew or should have known that the signing date of March 7, 2015 did not reflect reality.
Count 7: At an unknown date, but presumably between March 21, 2016 and June 16, 2016, concerning an immovable, indicated or allowed someone to indicate that the brokerage contract had been signed on
August 27, 2015, when she knew or should have known that it was false.
