Be advised that on January 21, 2021, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Marek Jablonowski, whose establishment is located in St-Lazare, be suspended from January 29 to February 27, 2021, for committing the following offence:

Count 1: As of June 15, 2020, while acting as a broker on his own account, failed to cooperate with the OACIQ Inspection Department by omitting or neglecting to send his self-inspection questionnaire and supporting documents.
