Be advised that on March 29, 2022, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Richard Campeau, whose establishment is located in Laval, be suspended from May 3 to June 1, 2022 for committing the following offences:

Count 1: As of or about June 29, 2017, while mandated by a promisor-buyer, did not avoid placing himself in a conflict of interest by signing a brokerage contract with the seller.

Count 2: As of or about July 29, 2017, while mandated by a promisor-buyer, did not avoid placing himself in a conflict of interest by signing a brokerage contract with the sellers.
