Be advised that on March 24, 2022, the Discipline Committee ordered that the commercial and residential real estate broker licence of Mrs. Bibi Sufoora Sukhdeo, whose establishment is located in Laval, be suspended from April 26 to May 25, 2022 for committing the following offence:

Count 4:  In Brossard, as of or around August 6, 2020, failed to cooperate with the investigation conducted by the Assistant Syndic, notably by omitting, neglecting, or refusing to send her the information requested on August 5 and 6, 2020.
