Be advised that on June 22, 2022, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the broker licence of Mrs. Hilda Nourcy, whose establishment is located in Laval, be suspended from July 29, 2022 to October 27, 2022 for committing the following offences:

Count 1: On or about July 2, 2018, concerning an immovable, in the performance of a brokerage contract, entered the name of another real estate broker under section 15 Signatures of the brokerage contract.

Counts 2a), 2b) and 2c): On or about July 2, 2018, concerning an immovable, in the performance of a brokerage contract, omitted or neglected to properly complete the following clauses of the promise to purchase: clause 5; clause 6 by entering no information, and clauses 12.1 (3) and (6) by entering no deadline and/or consequence in case of failure by a party to act.
