Be advised that on January 30, 2023, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Luc Martel, whose establishment is located in Delson, be suspended from March 6, 2023 to May 4, 2023, for committing the following offences:
 
Count 1: In the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, concerning an immovable located in Saint-Constant, the defendant:
 
(a) On or around February 21, 2018, forged or allowed someone to forge the seller's signature;
 
(b) On or around September 1, 2018, forged or allowed someone to forge the seller's signature in order to change the selling price of the property on the Centris listing sheet.
