- Fully understand their meaning, legal scope, and the obligations they entail for each party;
- Check that they are appropriate for the situation concerned.
Real estate brokers must respect the limits of their professional competencies. If there is any doubt about the interpretation, applicability, or legal effects of a clause, it is advisable to seek the opinion of the agency executive officer with proven expertise in the relevant field, or a qualified professional (legal expert, notary, etc.).
The aim of this notice is to prevent any risk of incorrect application or misinterpretation.
