NOTICE OF REVOCATION
OF RODRIGUEZ BARTHÉLUS’ LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Rodriguez Barthélus, real estate broker, licence number E2690, whose establishment is located in Brossard, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
Following the meeting of February 3, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Rodriguez Barthélus' licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
The decision became enforceable on March 17, 2022.
