NOTICE OF REVOCATION
OF PASCAL LAMY LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Pascal Lamy, real estate broker, licence number E4847, whose establishment is located in Laval, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (1) (2) (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
Following the meeting of August 4, 2022 the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Pascal Lamy licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
The decision became enforceable on September 7, 2022.
