NOTICE is hereby given that Guillaume Tremblay, real estate broker, licence number D4402, whose establishment is located in Laval, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3°) and (5°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of April 23, 2026, the License Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Guillaume Tremblay, licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on Jun 2, 2026.
