NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
ALAIN FURLANO ‘S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Alain Furlano, real estate broker, licence number D4402, whose establishment is located in L’île-Bizard, had his licence suspended, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3°) and (5°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of April 23, 2026, the License Issue and Maintenance Committee decided and unamimously concluded that:
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on May 28 2026.

- That the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Alain Furlano be suspended.
- This suspension shall remain in effect until the Committee renders a new decision after having heard the representations of the licence holder.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on May 28 2026.
