Be advised that on June 11, 2019, the OACIQ Discipline Committee imposed a permanent restriction on the real estate broker licence of Mr. Patrick Galvan, whose establishment is located in Montréal, prohibiting him from collecting and administering all the taxes related to the sale or lease of immovables by himself, for commiting the following offences:
Count 1: Prior to September 28, 2016, did not pay or remit sums collected for the goods and services tax (GST) and Quebec sales tax (QST) to the government authorities concerned.
