NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
MICHEL MICHAUD’S LICENCE (G4573)

Be advised that on April 8, 2026, the Court of Qubec ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Michel Michaud, whose establishment is located in Laval, be suspended for a period of 90 day, from April 9 to July 7, 2026, for committing the following offences:
Count 3: On or about October 20, 2020, placed himself in a conflict of interest by allowing his son and daughter-in-law to purchase Immovable 1 while representing Seller A under the brokerage contract to sell.
Count 4: On or about June 29, 2021, placed himself in a conflict of interest by purchasing Immovable 2 with his son while representing Sellers B under the brokerage contract to sell.
Count 6: On or about March 23, 2021, placed himself in a conflict of interest by purchasing Immovable 3 while representing Sellers C under the brokerage contract to sell.
Count 7: On or about July 13, 2021, placed himself in a conflict of interest by purchasing Immovable 4 while representing Seller D under the brokerage contract to sell.
Count 8: On or about February 4, 2022, placed himself in a conflict of interest by purchasing Immovable 5 while representing Sellers E under the brokerage contract to sell.
