NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
MARC BONENFANT’S LICENCE (E3715)

Be advised that on April 24, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Marc Bonenfant, whose establishment is located in Quebec City, be suspended from May 28 to July 26, 2026, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: In Sainte-Foy, between or about February 1, 2021, and February 5, 2021, in the course of performing a brokerage contract, failed to list his clients’ property, the sellers, on an information listing service before starting the marketing of the property and the performance of the acts specified in the brokerage contract.
Count 2: In Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury, on or about February 5, 2021, in the course of performing a brokerage contract, indicated or allowed someone to indicate that the amendment had been signed on February 4, 2021, while he knew that this information was false or misleading.
Count 3: In Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury, between or about May 15, 2021, and June 15, 2021, allowed, permitted, or asked a third party to take the training entitled “Booming Housing Market” in his place in order to complete his OACIQ Mandatory Continuing
Education Program (MCEP).
