Be advised that on April 14, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Shoshanna Drouin, whose establishment was located in Montreal, be suspended from May 22 to August 19, 2026, for committing the following offence:
Count 1: Between February and April 2025, while her real estate broker’s licence was suspended due to a disciplinary decision, acted as an intermediary between the sellers and the prospective buyer in a transaction involving properties located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield and attempted to receive remuneration for her involvement in the transaction.
