NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
FRANCIS TRUDEAU’S LICENCE (C6515)

Be advised that on June 5, 2026, the Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Francis Trudeau, whose establishment is located in Laval, be suspended for a period of 45 days, from July 9 to August 22, 2026 inclusively, for having committed the following offences:
Count 1: On or about August 9, 2022, while he was the owner of a property located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and was responsible for the sale of said property under a brokerage contract of sale, he failed to ensure that the public was informed of the non-compliances identified by the municipality affecting the property.
Count 2: Between on or about August 22, 2022, and October 17, 2022, while he was the owner of a property located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and was responsible for the sale of said property under a brokerage contract of sale, he failed to ensure that buyers were informed of the non-compliances identified by the municipality affecting the property.
