NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON AVERY JOHNSON’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Avery Johnson, residential real estate broker (licence H6330), whose establishment is located in Pointe-Claire, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On November 6, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Johnson’s licence:
  1. For up to 24 months following her licence issuance, she shall be prohibited from carrying out real estate brokerage activities on her own account.
  2. She must inform the Registry within 7 days of any breach of probation, if applicable, in which case her file shall be resubmitted to the Committee. 
Should Ms. Johnson fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, her real estate broker's licence shall be suspended until she does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on April 2, 2026.
