NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF
HANI KABBARA’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Hani Kabbara, real estate broker, licence number H8769, whose establishment is located in Laval, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2°) (3°) and (5°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of March 26, 2026, the License Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Hani Kabbara, licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on April 21, 2026.
