Be advised that April 2, 2026, the Court of Québec confirmed the decision of the Discipline Committee ordering that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Simon Lacasse, whose establishment is located in Gatineau, be suspended for a period of 60 days, namely from April 8 to June 6,2026 for committing the following offence:
Count 1: On or about July 20 and 21, 2020, as part of the performance of a brokerage contract pertaining to an immovable located in Saint-Sixte, failed to properly inform and advise the seller about the promise to purchase and a counter-proposal, notably concerning the items included in the sale.
