Be advised that on March 11, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committee imposed a restriction on Ms. Chantal Dauphinais-Pelletier’s licence for a period of 5 years, as of the expiry of the appeal period, i.e. from April 14, 2026 to April 14, 2031, prohibiting her from personally collecting and administering all the taxes related to the sale or lease of properties.
