NOTICE OF SUSPENSION AND IMPOSITION OF A RESTRICTION
ON CHANTAL DAUPHINAIS-PELLETIER’S LICENCE (D7361)

Be advised that on March 11, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Chantal Dauphinais-Pelletier, whose establishment is located in Chateauguay, be suspended from April 14 to June 12, 2026, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: Between on or about January 1, 2020, and June 19, 2024, did not remit the sums collected during that period as Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) to the government authorities concerned.
Count 2: On or about September 22, 2021, during a hearing before the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee, falsely stated that the payments related to the amounts owed for collected taxes were up to date, while she knew or should have known that those payments had not been made.
In addition, the Discipline Committee also imposed the following restriction: a five-year ban on collecting and administering all the taxes related to the sale or lease of immovables by herself.
