NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON KARISHMA RAKEEM’S LICENCE

File: CDMPD-23-J3196

NOTICE is hereby given that Karishma Rakeem, residential real estate broker, licence number J3196,whose establishment is located in Lachine has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On November 9, 2023, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Karishma Rakeem’s licence:
 
  1. For 36 months following her licence issuance, she will be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on her own account.
 
  1. The 36-month period shall end only upon the completion of this period with an active real estate broker's licence.
 
  1. The 36-month period shall be suspended in the event the applicant suspends or revokes her real estate broker's licence.
 
  1. Within 30 days of her licence issuance, the applicant shall send the Organization’s Registry Service proof that she has designated a colleague to replace her if she is absent and that this designation is on the agency's file.
 
 

Should the applicant fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, her real estate broker's licence shall be suspended until she does so.

This notice became enforceable on November 22, 2023.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
