NOTICE OF A LICENCE SUSPENSION
NOTICE is hereby given that Thierry Lindor, former real estate broker, licence No. D4950, whose establishment was located in Montréal, has notably been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offences summarized below:
Count 2: On or about March 11, 2019, concerning an immovable, let prospective buyers sign a promise to purchase at a purchase price of $394,000, while the said immovable was put up for sale on March 5, 2009 at a price of $358,900.
Count 3: Concerning an immovable, allowed or facilitated the sale of the said immovable:
a) as of February 15, 2010, at a price of $379,000;
while he knew or could not be unaware that this price did not reflect reality.
On December 20, 2018, the Court of Québec upheld the decision of the Discipline Committee that ordered the suspension of Thierry Lindor's licence No. D4950 for a total period of 180 days, to be served whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
