NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON NAOMIE BOULANGER’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Naomie Boulanger, real estate broker, licence number G4877, whose establishment is located in Laval, has had a condition and a restriction imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec, pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

On November 23, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition and restriction on Ms. Boulanger’s licence:

That it is appropriate to issue a licence to the applicant with the following condition and restriction:

a) For a period of three (3) years following the issuance of her licence, prohibiting her from carrying on activities on her own account and/or from being designated and/or from acting as  agency executive officer.

If Ms. Boulanger fails to comply with the condition and restriction imposed, her right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until she does so.

This notice became enforceable on January 11, 2022.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
