NOTICE is hereby given that Jacques Pipon, former mortgage broker, licence No. E5036, whose establishment was located in Brossard, has been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the OACIQ of the offence summarize below:

Count 1: On or about the month of September 2008 to on or about the month of January 2009, forwarded to lending financial institutions false documents in support of two mortgage financing requests regarding two buildings.

On April 10, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Jacques Pipon’s real estate broker licence E5036 for a period of ninety days on count 1 of the formal complaint.

Given that Jacques Pipon is no longer a licence holder, his licence will be suspended for a period of 90 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
