Be advised that on February 15, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the residential real estate broker licence of Mr. Frank Crépeau, whose establishment is located in Mont-Laurier, be suspended from March 18, 2024 to May 16, 2024, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: Between or around October 25 and December 14, 2020, spoke directly with Seller A, presented him with the promise to purchase and negotiated with him the proposed transaction, without the knowledge of real estate brokers B and C who represented him under the exclusive brokerage contract.
Count 2: Between or around October 25 and December 14, 2020, deprived Seller A of having his interests protected and promoted by real estate brokers B and C, even though he knew he was represented by these brokers under the exclusive brokerage contract.
