NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
OF MRS. ANDRÉA-RENATE ROZENBERG’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Mrs. Andréa-Renate Rozenberg, former real estate broker (licence no. E9210) whose establishment was located in Lasalle, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offence summarized below:
2nd count : in Brossard, from or around January 5, 2011, failing to cooperate during an investigation conducted by an Assistant syndic by not disclosing to him all the facts she was aware of or by concealing the fact that a third party was holder of a licence issued by the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec at the time of the events leading to the request for assistance signed by the latter on or around November 11, 2010, committing thus an offence under section 106 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.
On August 31, 2012, the Discipline Committee ordered a suspension of Mrs. Andréa-Renate Rozenberg’s real estate broker’s licence for a period of thirty (30) days on count no. 2 of the complaint, to be served as of the expiry of the time period for filing the appeal if the defendant is the holder of a licence issued by the OACIQ or, if not, whenever she becomes a licence holder again.
Given that Mrs. Andréa-Renate Rozenberg is no longer a licence holder, her licence will be suspended for a period of thirty (30) days whenever she becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 98.1 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (R.S.Q., c. C-73.2) and section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
