MS. ISABELLE DUGUAY’S LICENCE

File: 33-13-1584

NOTICE is hereby given that Isabelle Duguay, former real estate broker (Licence No. B2770), whose establishment was located in Chicoutimi, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offences summarized below:

1st count: On or around April 6, 2011, concerning an immovable, participated in the drafting of a contract changing the area of the land for sale without linking it to a promise to purchase or a counter-proposal, thus committing an offence under section 69 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.

3rd count: On or around November 15, 2012, as part of the investigation conducted by an assistant syndic, concerning an immovable, falsely declared that he never participated in the drafting of a contract, thus committing an offence under section 106 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.

On October 9, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Isabelle Duguay’s real estate broker’s licence (Licence No. B4770) for a period of ninety (90) days on each of counts No. 1 and 3 of the formal complaint, to be served consecutively with each other.

Given that Isabelle Duguay is no longer a licence holder, her licence will be suspended for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days whenever she becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
