The Register of licence1, accessible at any time, helps the public to check important information about a real estate broker or agency.

AT A GLANCE

You can check:
  • The name of the real estate broker, their photo, licence number, licence validity, and their right to practise

  • The real estate agency for which the broker is working (contact details, executive officer, corporate name or assumed name), or the broker’s own contact details if they are acting on their own account

  • The upcoming disciplinary hearings regarding the broker
  • Disciplinary decisions, available on citoyens.soquij.qc.ca.
  • Any notice of suspension, revocation, or special conditions

  • Administrative monetary penalties

  • Training activities completed

POINT OF CAUTION

If the licence status shows “suspended” or “revoked,” the natural or legal person or corporation may not engage in any real estate brokerage transaction.
