• A real estate agency may delegate its obligations related to the opening and maintenance of a trust account to only one other real estate agency by completing the Notice of delegation (PDF).
• A real estate broker acting on his own account may, under the regulations, be exempt from the requirement to open a trust account by completing the Declaration of exemption (PDF).
