NOTICE OF LICENCE SUSPENSION

NOTICE is hereby given that Wesnel Senatus, former real estate broker, licence No. E6107, whose establishment was located in Mascouche, has notably been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offence summarized below:

Count 1: Between July 2010 and January 2011, on two occasions, concerning an immovable, acted by complacency and/or blindly by allowing and/or tolerating that his name appears as a representative of the parties on two promises to purchase and their annexes AA and BB, while he knew or should have known that he was not the real representative.

On October 29, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Wesnel Senatus's licence No. E6107 for a period of 90 days, to be served whenever he becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
