13. Conciliation, mediation and arbitration
Clause 13.1 is an information clause for the buyer that allows the broker to fulfill his obligation to inform him of the possibility, in case of dispute, of having recourse to the services offered by the OACIQ for conciliation, mediation or arbitration.
