9. Obligations of the agency or the broker

The broker undertakes to perform specific actions as part of the brokerage contract, in accordance with generally accepted practices. This means that the actions taken will respect the various legislative and regulatory provisions, standards, practices and customs specific to real estate brokerage, ensuring the quality of the professional service.

The obligations of the agency and the broker set out in section 9 of the form correspond to some of the obligations under the Real Estate Brokerage Act and its regulations.
